3/17/20 FTSB Update on COVID-19
The safety and well-being of our customers and employees is our top priority at Farmers Trust & Savings Bank (FTSB). It is our duty to take precautionary measures and do our part to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) in our communities, while continuing to provide stability and continuity of service.
Effective Wednesday, March 18, FTSB will be implementing the following temporary changes to protect our customers, employees, and community members:
- Our bank lobbies will be closed to walk-ins. We will continue to serve you through our drive-up windows (in Buffalo Center, Britt, and Lake Mills), through the night deposit drop boxes at all locations, and by phone.
- You may call your local FTSB office or insurance agency if you need to make an appointment. We ask that these appointments be reserved for essential in-person banking and insurance needs for those in good health and have had no known exposure to COVID-19. This includes signing loan documents, safe deposit box access, CD/new account business and more.
- Our regular hours of operation will remain unchanged at this time.
We encourage you to utilize our online banking and mobile app to keep tabs on your account. It is also a great way to pay your bills without personal contact and deposit checks without coming to the bank. Our online products allow you to take control of your finances from the comfort of your own home. In addition, we encourage the use of ATM machines and night deposit drop boxes.
Please continue to be vigilant when clicking on links and providing information online and over the phone, as criminals use times of stress and uncertainty to prey on the public. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you need assistance.
Thank you for being a valued customer of Farmers Trust & Savings Bank. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as we have them. We apologize for any inconvenience these changes may cause and appreciate your patience as we all navigate through this together.
