Please notify us immediately if your debit card has been lost or stolen, or unauthorized transactions have occurred on your account.
To report a lost or stolen debit card during banking hours, contact your local FTSB office and they will be glad to assist you.
During non-banking hours, please contact Shazam directly at 1-800-383-8000.
You will be asked to verify your identity and your card will be cancelled. To get a new card, you will need to contact any FTSB office during banking hours. We can have a card sent to you through the mail, or we can print you an Instant Issue debit card from our Buffalo Center office.
