A Message From Our President on Coronavirus
As our Country and State continue to make decisions around the coronavirus, Farmers Trust & Savings Bank (FTSB) realizes that anyone could be impacted by this global health issue. It has already caused business and/or personal changes in our day to day lives.
Our primary concern is for the health and safety of our communities, customers and employees. Rest assured that FTSB is implementing procedures to avoid any service disruptions for our customers. We will continue to monitor the progress of the virus and make decisions as the situation evolves.
We would encourage you to utilize our online banking and mobile app to keep tabs on your account. It is also a great way to pay your bills without personal contact and deposit checks without coming into the bank. Our online products allow you to take control of your finances from the comfort and safety of your own home. In addition, we encourage the use of ATM machines and night deposit drop boxes.
During any large-scale crisis one of the often-missed warnings is fraud and identity theft. The hackers and other criminals will increase their efforts to prey on the fear of the public to get access to your personal information and bank accounts.
No legitimate organization will call you and ask for information like social security numbers or bank account numbers. If you have any questions about a suspicious phone call, we encourage you to hang up and call us directly. Remember, calls can be masked on caller ID to appear as though they are coming from your bank.
If you do not currently utilize our online products, or if you have questions regarding ways we can protect your accounts, please visit www.ftsbbank.com or call us at 641-562-2696 for additional assistance.
Thank you for being a valued customer of Farmers Trust & Savings Bank. We will continue to keep you posted regarding the coronavirus as we gather more information about the impact to our local communities.
Douglas Leland
President
